These terms apply when you buy from fragstore.id, run by PT WANGI KURASI PRATAMA under the FRAG brand, based in Indonesia. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Orders and prices

• —Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah and shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay.
• —Your order is confirmed when the payment is received. Until then the items are held for you for 24 hours; an unpaid order then expires and nothing is charged.
• —If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we contact you before shipping and you can cancel for a full refund.

2. Payment

You pay on fragstore.id through Xendit, our payment provider: virtual account (BCA, BNI, BRI, Mandiri, Permata), QRIS, e-wallet (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay) or card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB). Orders are paid in full; we don’t offer instalments.

3. Discount codes and free samples

• —One code per order; codes can’t be combined or exchanged for cash.
• —Some products are excluded from codes because of the brand’s minimum price — the bag shows this before you pay.
• —Free samples (up to 3) are added while stocks last and can’t be swapped for full-size products.

4. Shipping, returns and authenticity

Delivery times and costs, exchanges and damaged parcels are covered in Shipping & returns. Every bottle is original — see Authenticity.

5. Your account

You can buy as a guest or sign in with a 6-digit code sent to your email. Keep access to that email safe; we never ask for a password.

6. Liability

We are responsible for delivering what you ordered in the condition described. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control, but we will help you follow them up. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indonesian consumer protection law.

7. Law, changes and contact

These terms follow Indonesian law. We may update them; the version on this page on the day you order applies to that order. Questions: care@fragstore.id.
